Return & Exchange Policy

Every masterpiece from PES Editions is custom-made to order. We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock; instead, each piece is individually printed, hand-inspected, and serialized specifically for your collection in our Las Vegas studio.

Because of the bespoke nature and strict limited-edition scarcity of these fine art prints, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

Damaged in Shipment Exception

The sole exception to this policy is if your print is damaged during transit. We stand entirely behind the quality of our production and courier delivery. If a courier mishandles your package and your print arrives compromised, it is fully protected by our Replenishment Protocol.

In the event of shipping damage, we will execute a brand-new, identical replacement master utilizing your exact limited-edition serial number. Please refer to our [Replenishment Protocol] page within 7 days of delivery to document the transit damage and initiate your expedited reproduction.
