REPLENISHMENT PROTOCOL

At PES Editions, we hold our production and shipping standards to the highest caliber. Every masterpiece is hand-inspected in our Las Vegas studio and meticulously packed to ensure it arrives in flawless, gallery-ready condition.

However, we recognize that transit mishaps can occur. Because your investment represents a strictly limited, numbered place in our chronology, we have established the Replenishment Protocol to guarantee that shipping damage never compromises your collection.

Delivery & Transit Coverage

If your physical PES Editions print arrives significantly damaged, bent, or compromised due to courier handling, we will initiate an expedited reproduction. We will print a brand-new, identical replacement master for you, utilizing the exact same edition number and specifications as your original order.

Protocol Requirements

To activate an expedited replacement under the Replenishment Protocol, collectors must fulfill the following security and authentication steps within 7 days of delivery:

Document the Damage: Provide high-resolution photographs detailing the damaged packaging and the specific impact area on the print medium.

Verify Serial Provenance: Supply a photo of your Certificate of Authenticity showing the matching tamper-proof holographic serial number.

Physical Destruction of Both Print and CoA: To preserve absolute scarcity and ensure a limited edition is never duplicated, you must provide verifiable photographic or video proof of both the damaged print and its corresponding Certificate of Authenticity being permanently destroyed (e.g., cleanly cut or torn through the center serial number and signature line) before a replacement master can be authorized.
